Overall the room is a nice size, bright and includes coffee, tea/coffee, and a storage. The location is absolutely perfect and comfortable, and here's the cherry on top - near a railroad station. Plus it's set in the good area.
The bathrooms are very small.

The place was lovely welcoming and had especially helpful and professional staff on the night shift, really enjoyed the stay. It was in a fab and perfectly comfortable location near Museum of London. And the area was particularly good, right by the millennium bridge towards The Globe & Museum of London as well as the tube, London and The Globe & Museum of London.

Excellent location, in a quite and central area perfect for reaching the main points of interest in London.
Our bed was a little bit small and we had some problems with the airconditioning system, but the room was very clean. Overall evaltuation definetly positive.

Rooms are not soundproof enough for a comfortable stay!!! A tired-looking bathroom with slow-draining sink makes the experience less enjoyable!!! A room redesign would significantly enhance the overall feel.

Problems checking out over the rate . They tried to charge an additoonal person supplement and add vat to the quoted price which was inclusive of vat

Great location next to St. Paul's cathedral and Central line, as well as Tate Modern. Comfortable beds.
It is clearly a business hotel so it feels slightly impersonal. Bathrooms are big and clean, but do feel a bit dated.

Close to Saint Paul Cathedral. Not far from Trafalgar square and London Tower. You can catch the bus 15. There is a close underground station (Charing Cross). In front of the hotel is one station for the big bus tour. Comfortable bed.
The bathroom was small.

The staff were very helpful & professional. Room was large, bed comfortable & the shower was great! Brasserie was amazing, superb staff & gorgeous food. Ideal location just round corner from St Pauls underground station.
